When the flowers got to her, several of the flower stems were broken; apparently the vase had been spilled because when the delivery man sat the arrangement down, it puddled water on her desk onto some of her paperwork plus...the balloon I signed off on was a red Mylar balloon; the balloon that was delivered was red with a pair of sloths with the words ‘I love hanging with you’.

Excellent service & product. We ordered a memorial blanket on a stand w/ a ribbon bow & greenery added for our pastor & his wife when his mother passed away. The blanket itself was beautiful w/ muted color tones, a verse and hummingbirds woven in, the display was artfully done and is something that can be kept and used for years to come by the family. Thank you Simpson's for always delivery quality work.

The arrangement was beautiful, the person that received them said they really made their day. The flowers was fresh she did have to substitute some of the flowers because she didn’t have them in but it didn’t take away from the arrangement. I also like that they were delivered the same day I ordered them. I would most definitely use them again and by the way this was an online order and she sent me a picture of the arrangement before delivery.
